MRS. EDRA LEONA LINDLEY
Mrs. Edra Leona Lindley, 62, of Hanford, died suddenly in Yosemite Saturday, May 27. She was a former resident of Carlotta and was the wife of Curtis Lindley, prominent Petrolia man and head of the Kings County Forestry Service. She was born in Alton and moved to Hanford in 1916 from Fresno County. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Lucerne chapter, and the Tule Gem and Mineral Association.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Eugene Martin of Coalinga; brother, Leland Bryant of Fortuna; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Zahner and Mrs. Erla Maudlin, both of Eureka, and two grandchildren, Michael and Janice Martin.
Funeral services were held Wednesday in Hanford, conducted by members of the Eastern Star. Graveside services will be held Friday, 10 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park in Eureka.
