Mr. Robbins was the retired owner and operator of a service station.
Mr. Robbins was born Feb. 13, 1914, in Bloomington, a son of Henry and Cora ,Hawk Robbins.
He married Vonnie Hornback on July 23, 1937, in Vincennes, Ind.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Miss Patricia A., at home, and Mrs. Mary Walden, Normal; a son, Richard, at home; : a brother, Willard; three sisters, Mrs. Mae Beverage, Mrs. Evelyn Snodgrass, and Mrs. Corrine Schweizer; and a grandchild.
Three brothers preceded him in death.
He was a member of Normal Odd Fellows Lodge, McLean County Encampment 29 and was grand-senior warden of the Grand Encampment of Illinois, and a member of Richardson Rebekah Lodge.
