Aguila Man Killed In Colorado Wreck
Richard Dean Rogers, 36, of Aguila was killed Sunday in a highway accident five miles west of Grand Junction, Colo. News dispatches quote Highway Patrolman Woods McClary as saying Rogers' car skidded out of control as it was passing another vehicle, skidded 115 feet sideways then rolled 95 feet. Rogers died at the scene of accident from head and internal injuries. Ralph Franklin Whitaker, 18, of Mack, Colo., who was riding with Rogers, was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction with head injuries.
