A memorial service for Ada A. Levison, 67, of Momence will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church, Momence. Rev. James Ruberg will officiate.
There will be no visitation.
Burial will be in Momence Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the family wishes.
Arrangements are by the Cotter Funeral Home, Momence.
Mrs. Levison died Saturday, April 21, 2001 at Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee.
She was born May 4, 1933 in San Bernardino, Calif.
Surviving are her husband, Wesley Levison, whom she married Feb. 6, 1962 in California, of Momence; children, Vicki and Pedro Salazar of Calument City, Lowell Levison of Pinckneyville, Robin Hall of Hagerstown, MD., Leanna DeFord of Salem, Ore., Chris, Melinda, Ernie Antwon and Jim DeFord; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Her parents and one son, Adam Levison are deceased.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Momence, where she was a choir member and a member of the Susannah's Circle.
Mrs. Levison was a home healthcare giver employed by Gentiva Health Services in Bourbonnais for 15 years.
She loved to sing and sew.
