Elizabeth Ann Devine Phillips, 74, of Springfield, passed away at 3:02 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at the Springfield Nursing & Rehab Center.

A native of Washington County, she was born on May 27, 1941, to the late Vernon and Eunice Mattingly Devine.

She was a retired employee of the former Medco Center of Springfield.

Preceding her in death was her husband, James Phillips and a brother, J.H. Devine.

Survivors include, a daughter, Dianne Tingle (Danny) of Springfield; three sons, Eddie Beavers (Rebecca) and Wayne Beavers of Springfield and Lynn Beavers of Louisville; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a brother, Ricky Devine of Springfield.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 2, at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Hazel, officiating.

Burial was on Cemetery Hill in Springfield.
