OPAL BUTCHER The Register's Iowa News Service MURRAY, IA. - Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ here for Opal Butcher, 77, of rural Murray. Burial will be in Davis City Cemetery at Davis City. Mrs. Butcher died Tuesday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, and the cause of death is pending results of an autopsy. She was born in Orient and lived in Murray for 22 years. She had been a homemaker and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a son; two daughters; a brother; two sisters; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Friends may call after 9 a.m. today at Watts-Lindsay Funeral Home, where the family will greet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
