Quintus Curtius Colton (Deacon), b. 22 May 1799, Georgia, Vermont, d. 9 April 1878, Georgia, Vermont. He was the son of Deacon Walter Colton and Thankful Cobb. Married Abigail Jocelyn 2 Jan. 1828. She d. 18 Dec. 1847. He married (2) Orpha L. Post, of Georgia, Vermont. 7 Nov. 1848. She died 24 March 1897.

"An extensive and successful farmer in his native town and Deacon in the Congregational Church there for many years."
