Graveside services conducted by Eola Lodge No. 207 F&AM. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. He was a member of the Methodist Chruch. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Gertrude B. Bailey of Orlando; brother Derwood Bailey of Oneida, N. Y.
