May 12, 1997 - June 26, 2015 BARNARD-BARNETT, Ethan G., age 18, of Farmersville, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 as the result of a tragic car accident. He was born May 12, 1997 in Middletown, Ohio. Ethan had attended school at Valley View High School, and was an outgoing and loving person. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars with his uncle and riding four wheelers. Preceding him in death were his great grandfather, Samuel Barnett; his grandfather, Samuel Barnett, Jr.; great grandmother, Lorena Gilbert; great grandfather, Charles Gilbert; and maternal great aunt and uncle, Tommy and Linda Barnett. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Christina Barnett and Jeff Burnett; father, David Barnard; one sister, Maggie Barnard-Barnett; one brother, Conner Barnard-Barnett; two half brothers, Paul Barnard and Trevor Barnard; maternal grandmother, Sheila Hawkins, husband Ray; paternal grandfather, Steve Wright; paternal grandmother, Toni Barnard; maternal great grandmother, Mary Barnett; maternal aunt, Mary Snelling, husband Duke; uncle, Samuel Barnett III; special cousin, Gracie Barnett; and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by services at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor James Anderson officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, Ohio.
