Arleen Ruth (Hotchkiss) Dunham
SHELBURNE - Arleen Ruth (Hotchkiss) Dunham passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, following a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Oscar, and her son, Byron. She is survived by her daughter, and her husband; her grandson, and his wife; her granddaughter, and her husband; her daughter-in-law; and all her great-grandchildren.
Gram (or GG, as her great-grandchildren called her!) loved a good baseball game, especially if the Red Sox were playing. She loved doing jigsaw puzzles and whenever the great-grandkids stopped by, they would sit and help put a few pieces in place. And she made the best pies any of us have ever had (strawberry-rhubarb!!). Gram could always be counted on for a good conversation and she had a great sense of humor and an even better laugh. She brought light into every room she was in and was a great example of a good soul.
Funeral arrangements will be private under the care of Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Directors.
