The Cincinnati native was born January 19, 1936 to Charles & Dorothy (Patrick) Bayless. On December 12, 1958 Jack married Juanita Champlin in Marana, Arizona. Jack retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of service; he later was employed in the RV industry. Jack was proud of his military service and was a member of the US Air Force Master Sergeant’s Association; Jack enjoyed travelling and as a member of the Gold Wing Club, they rode frequently with friends. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #599 in Elkhart and enjoyed bowling, fishing and a good movie.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita R. Bayless , as well as his sisters, Joanna, Dorothy and Hazel and his brother Sonny.
Survivors include his sons, Tony (Connie Tepe) Bayless and Pat Bayless, both of Elkhart and Jeff (Karen) Bayless of Madison IN; his sister, Harriet (Charles) Willis of Pataskala OH; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services 10:00 Tuesday June 30, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. where friends may call one hour prior to services.
Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with military honors.
