A. HERBERT RIDENOUR, 91, who lived at the Hopewell Convalescent Center, died Wednesday, Feb 18 , 1987, in John Randolph Hospital after an extended illness.
A lifelong resident of the Hopewell area, he was retired from Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corp., and was a member of First Methodist Church.
Survivors include a friend, Lillian F. Wray of Hopewell and several nephews from the Maryland area.
Visitation will be held at Gould Funeral Home from 7 to 9 pm, Thursday. The funeral, Friday at 11 am in the funeral chapel, will be conducted by the Rev. Linwood Daniel, pastor of First Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Appomattox Cemetery.
