Suddenly with her loving family at her side on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at the Ottawa Civic Hospital in her 77th year. Beloved wife to David for 50 years. Loving mother to Annika Bluhm, Benjamin Stein (Christine) and Katherine McQuiggan (Mark). Cherished Nana to Griffin, Hannah, Arden, Emma and Daniel. Survived by her dear sister Judith and brother James and their families as well as her extended family (Rick Axon, Steve Ryan and others) and friends. Visitation will be held at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St. (south of Wellesley St.) on Saturday, June 27th from 5-8 p.m. A celebration of Alison's life will be held at the Metroplitan Community Church of Toronto, 115 Simpson Ave., on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 10 a.m. followed by interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at 2 p.m. A memorial service will be held in Arnprior, Ontario at a later date.
