Funeral services are 2 PM, Wednesday at the Cedar Presbyterian Church , rural Wagner. Burial is in the church cemetery.

Francis Harrison Stricker, was born to Adelia Stricker on November 13, 1951. He was raised by his grandparents Alvin & Louise Stricker and his mother. Francis attended school at Todd County and joined the Marine Corp in 1970 he was stationed at Camp Pendelton, Oceanside, CA.

Francis married Karen White Horse on September 7, 1970. To this union he had a daughter Ruby Stricker, River Falls, Mn. and a son Francis Stricker Jr, Sioux Falls, SD were born.

He married Agnes Grassrope and to this union he had a two daughters Francine and Adelia Stricker and a son Francis S Stricker who has journeyed before him.

On August 29, 1997 he married Yvonne Stricker in Marty, SD. To this union, he gained six step sons and two step daughters. Gordon Shields, Jr, Narcisse Shields, John and Paul LeRoy, Daryl Arpan Jr., and AJ Knudsen IV, Lee Shields and Caryl Arpan.

His grandchildren include: Cassandra and David Painte, Minneapolis, Mn, Tristan Moore, Rapid City, SD, Chaz, Angelo, Shea and Jocelyn Stricker, Sioux Falls, SD, Nora, Nina and Natasha of Lower Brule, Aaliyah, Deandra, Shaelyn, and the late Sataya, two great grandchildren Celeste and Sophia Buck of Minneapolis, Mn.

He is survived by his wife Yvonne Stricker, brothers Alden Stricker, Richard Leasure, and sisters Gail Estes and Sandra Sully all of Wagner, SD and brother Ronald Leasure of Crystal, MN. Also his step father Donald Whipple, Wagner SD and his children: Ruby, Francis Stricker Jr, Francine, and Adelia Stricker, also many nieces and nephews.

Francis graduated from saddle making school in Gregory SD. He was employed for many years at the Fort Randall Casino as a Security Officer and served as an Elder for Cedar Presbyterian Church. Francis had a love for horses and the Lord.
