Joseph W. "Billy" Thomas, 80, of Loretto, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home in Lebanon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Reid Thomas; and his parents, Joseph Charles Thomas, Sr. and Ida Cecelia Nalley Thomas. The funeral is at noon Sunday, June 28, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6785 Highway 52, Saint Francis, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate. Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
