Albert James Smith, 61, died Thursday afternoon at his home at Buffalo Mills RD 1. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emma (Housel) Smith, and five children: Delores, at home; Irvin residing in Rhode Island; Mrs. Dorthy Stuby and Mrs. Ethel Mays, Buffalo Mills, and Mrs. Mary Stahlman, Hyndman. He was a brother of Morris Smith, Stoystown, and Mrs. Elizabeth Logue, Buffalo Mills RD 1. Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lybarger Lutheran Church by Rev. E. J. Lloyd, pastor of the Gravel Pit Evangelical Church, of which the deceased was a member. Interment was in the Madley Cemetery under direction of the Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, Pa.
