WILLISTON, VT. - Arona A. (Atkins) Curtis, age 80, of Falcon Manor in Williston, passed away on Friday, June 19th 2015 at the Starr Farm Nursing Center in Burlington, Vt.
She was born on March 25th 1935, she was the daughter of the late Chase Atkins Sr. and Priscilla Sneden.
She married Albert Paul Curtis Sr., of Charlotte, Vt., at the St. Jude's Church in Hinesburg, Vermont in 1955. That began their life of 58 years together.
She worked at Burlington Food Service and Champlain Cable.
Arona was predeceased by her husband; Albert P. Curtis Sr., on November 1st 2013, and one son; Albert Paul Curtis Jr. on September 30th 2014.
