Native of West Mansfield Was Ill Several Months
Mrs. Madge Atha, 62, died at her home in West Mansfield Saturday at 2 a.m. after an illness of several months duration. She was born March 30, 1884 in West Mansfield, a daughter of James and Belle Titsworth Ruehlen. She was united in marriage with Homer Atha on June 14, 1906. Mrs. Atha is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. John Bozman, of Elyria, and a foster daughter, Mrs. Carl Gibson, of Bellefontaine, whom Mr. and Mrs. Atha reared in their home. Two brothers, Lewis, of St. Cloud, Fla., and Denzel, of Columbus and one sister, Mrs. Chloe Kratli of Springfield, Mo., also survives. A son Lawrence died in 1913. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Ballinger Funeral Home, in charge of Rev. L. Dow Fauver, pastor of the Methodist Church of West Mansfield. Burial will be made in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Homer and Madge adopted Elaine C. Grant who married John Bozman. Elaine is buried in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Lorain County, Ohio
