Walter lived in Pauls Valley from 1965 until 1988 when he moved to Duncan. He was a member of Bethesda Church of God in Duncan. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Stella Rae Dehart Grace on January 14, 1989; son, Willie Lee Grace in 2002; 6 brothers and sister.
Walter was retired from the maintenance department of the Pauls Valley State School. He enjoyed gardening, camping and being with his family. If something needed to be done, he would do it.
He is survived by his 4 children, Eugene Grace & his wife Shirley, of Locust Grove; and Lavell Jackson & her husband Vern, of Duncan; daughter in law, Sue Grace, of Norman; and Chiquita Taylor & her husband A. J., of Duncan; and Kay Turner & her husband Jerry, of Noble; 1 brother, Floyd Grace & his wife Ann, of Florida; 1 sister, Lorine O'Garmon & her husband Richard, of Stinnett, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 6, 2005 at 2:30 pm at Stufflebean Chapel officiated by Rev. Harold Metheny. Burial will be at Mt.
