Terry Lee Thomas was the son of Joe and Anna Lee Donaldson Thomas, and lived his teen years with his Grandmother, Sarah Louree Thomas near Wakenda, Carroll County, Missouri.
Terry attended Wakenda Grade School and graduated from Carrollton High School in 1969. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and after 4 years of duty to his country, was honorably discharged.
He married Sally Jo Fogel from Milo, Missouri. They were the parents of two children, Sarah Joellen and Terry Lee Thomas, Jr. They later divorced. Terry lived in the state of California for a time, then moved to Indiana, where he later passed away.
