Uncertain of specfic location , however he is buried close to his brother Malachi Lee between Okalona & Bethlehem Mrthodist on a knoll, north of road. Graves have been mostly destroyed by cattle.

Henry Lee son of John L. Lee ,also known as Jackie, and Molly Rebecca Matthews Lee.
Henry was named after his Uncle Henry who was born in Va. but later migrated to Overton County.

He was the second child of eleven.

Before 1851 Jennie divorced Henry on grounds of adultery.

Not long after the divorce he remarries young 18 year old Jane Victor. They have 5 children:

James Virgil Lee 1871-1942

Henry lived his whole life in Overton county. He had a roving eye for the ladies, which caused his first marriage to divorce and almost the same to his second marriage.
Henry was a Distiller of Spirits or Moonshiner in Overton county with his distillery now located at the junction of Hwy 111 and 84 just east of Livingston Tn.
He lived to be 87.

FREDERICK C LEE WAS BORN TO HENRY & JENNIE COPELAND LEE AROUND 1843 IN OVERTON COUNTY TN.
IN 1861 FREDERICK ENLISTED TO THE 13 TH CONFEDERATE CALVARY UNDER GENERAL GEORGE DIBRILL OF SPARTA.
DEC. 8, 1863 HE WAS CAPTURED BY UNION FORCES & TRANSFERED TO FORT DELAWARE CAMP ON PEA PATCH ISLAND. HE WAS INCARCERATED ABOUT THE SAME TIME & PLACE AS HIS BROTHER JOHN MADISON LEE.
FEB.27, 1865 HE WAS RELEASED AS A P.O.W. RETURNED TO TN AND RESIDED IN OVERTON COUNTY UNTIL AROUND 1870S. HE MOVED HEADING TOWARD MISSOURI AND CONTACT WITH HIS LEE/COPELAND FAMILY BECAME NON EXISTANT.
