BOSHAW, Lyle G. (Bud) - Of Davison, age 74, died Monday, August 26, 1996 at the residence. Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday, August 29, 1996 at the Allen-Raysin Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Pastor Karl Unger officiating. A military graveside service will be conducted by Davison VFW Post #4087 at Richfield Union Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 6-9PM Tuesday and Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, envelopes are available at the funeral home. A memorial service will be conducted by the Davison VFW Post #4087 at 7:30PM Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Boshaw was born in Attica, Michigan, November 4, 1921, the son of Albert and Mina (Jones) Boshaw. Lyle was married to Virginia Calkins for 54 years. Mr. Boshaw retired from Buick Motor Division January 1, 1987 after 29 years. He owned and operated the Boshaw Texaco Service Station in Russelville, MI. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII in both Alutian Islands and European Theater. Survivors: wife, Virginia; son, Gary preceded him in death; daughter, Karen Yntema and husband Gary of Floyd, Virginia; son, Terry and wife Kay Boshaw, Leonard Mulholland and wife Diane; grandchildren, Kevin Velat, Scott Boshaw, Brady Yntema, Darci Boshaw, Ryan Boshaw, Nicholas Boshaw; brother, Charles Ross and wife Eva of LaFerria, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters.
