Beverly Bergin grew up in Portland, Oregon, where she attended Lincoln High School, then went on to serve in the United States Army during World War II as a nurse in the Women's Army Corps. Her maiden name was "Paradise".

Beverly enjoyed casino gambling. She was also an avid collector of antiques. Preceded in death by her husband John Bergin. Beverly is survived by a son and a daughter, one brother, numerous nieces and nephews as well as three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Bergin, Beverly M. 87 April 01, 1927 Jan 14, 2015. Beverly M. Bergin passed away peacefully at home. She was a child of the Great Depression and veteran of WWII, serving as a W.A.C. U. S. Army Nurse. Bev was employed by Multnomah County for 35 years as a county court administrator. Bev was predeceased by her beloved husband, John. She is survived by her two children, one brother, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Gateway Little Chapel was in charge of the burial.
