She was the minor heir and widow of Samuel B Edwards deceased in Rockingham County, Virginia. Probate & guardianship held in IN. She chose her father for guardianship & stated her age as 18 on 8/2/1911 making her born in 1889. Confirmed by court 10/2/1911 that she also was sole beneficiary. Insurance = $2000. Her father received $40 for guardianship from B & O (RR) Relief Fund (Edwards was killed in a RR accident. He was an employee.)
