Billy H Smith was born on May 16, 1929 in Jackson County, Tennessee, the son of Henry Luther Smith (1887-1980) and Euda Leo (Hall) Smith (1891-1961).

He was married about 1954 to Charlie B -- and he served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He later worked for Aladdin Industries for 45 years as an accountant, before retiring. Billy was also an Elder for both Chapel Avenue Church of Christ and Trinity Lane Church of Christ.

Billy was 86 years old when he passed away on June 10, 2015 in Davidson County.

Preceded in death by his parents, sisters Eula (Smith) Hix and Ruth (Smith) Witt and by his brother Warren Smith, he was survived by his wife Charlie; a married brother; a married sister; three married sons; nine grandchildren and two great-grandsons.

Funeral Services were held at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home on Gallatin Road, and burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery, Madison.
