HOLY CROSS RITE SET FOR AREA NATIVE

Mrs. Mary Margaret Dietzen,76, resident of Villa Loretto, Mount Calvary, for the last six months, died at 19:20 a.m. Monday at the nursing home.

Mrs. Dietzen was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mount Calvary, Christian Mothers Society, Third Order of St. Francis, Women's Catholic Order of Foresters, and St. Mary's Court 945 and was affiliated with St. Lawrence Seminary for 47 years.

Born Feb. 27, 1891, in Mount Calvary, she was the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Kramer Rieden. She was married to Jacob Dietzen in 1912. He died April 10, 1920.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Michael Thome, Johnsburg, Mrs. Andrew Wiseheart, Milwaukee, Mrs. Victor Kaus, Franklin Park, Ill., and Mrs.Norbert Lulloff, Milwaukee; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Louis Rieden, St. Peter, and Alfred Rieden, city; and two sisters, Mrs. Albert Weber and Mrs. Joseph Olig, both of Mount Calvary.

Friends may call after 2p.m. Wednesday at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10a.m. Thursday at the funeral home and 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Rev. Elmer Stoffel O.F.M. Cap. Officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

The Wilsey Funeral Home of Princeton was in charge of the arrangements.

Funeral service for Mary Margaret Dietzen, who died Monday, were held at 10a.m. Thursday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Mount Calvary.

Members of the Capuchin Order participating in the Mass
of Concelebration included Rev. Roger Fuehrer, Superior, Main celebrant; Rev. Crispin Weinberger, rector of St Lawrence Seminary, assistant cencelebrant; Rev. Myron Kowalsky, assistant concelebrants; Rev. Vianney Thibedeau, Rev. Silas Baumann, and Rev. Nathan Fehring, concelebrants; Rev. Conan Carey, preaching the homily and concelebrant; Rev. Valery Pearce, singing the prayer of the faithful and concelebrant; and Rev. Lloyd Thiel, concelebrant.

Members of the Christian Mother's Alter Society and Third Order of St. Francis attended the service in a body. Honorary pallbearers were Mrs. Rose Schrage, Mrs. Herman Will, Mrs Frank Olig, Mrs. Anthony Koenigs, Mrs. William Thuermer, Mrs. Frank Mannebach, Mrs. Edward Sabel and Mrs. Anthony Driefurst.

Active pallbearers included James Thome, John Thome, William Lulloff, Michael Kaus and Robert Kaus. Grandsons of the deceased. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery.
