Lisa Eileen Treadway, 26, of Flat Rock, IL, died at 4:40 p.m., on January 19, 2006 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, IL. She was born October 27, 1979 in Robinson, the daughter of Paul and Janet (Rego) Treadway. She was a CNA at Cotillion Ridge Nursing Center and attended the Flat Rock Free Methodist Church.
She is survived by her parents; a son Christopher and daughter Josie, both at home; a sister and brother-in-law, Twyla and Jeremy Hayes, Flat Rock; a niece, Haley Hayes, Flat Rock; a maternal grandmother and step grandfather, Mary Eileen and Albert Leu, Washington, IN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Francis Rego and her paternal grandparents, Louis "Sam" and Velma Treadway.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Flat Rock with Rev. Gene Beard, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, January 24th. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Christopher and Josie Crow Education Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
