Fort Valley, GA - Mary Fain Coleman, 90, died Friday, June 5, 2015, at Heritage Inn in Barnesville.

Family will greet friends at 1:00PM on Thursday, June 11,2015, at Rooks Funeral Home, 213 West Church Street in Fort Valley. A graveside service will follow at 2:00PM in Oaklawn Cemetery, with Rev. James Hamlin officiating.

Born in Americus to the late Wright B. and Willie Mae Johnson Mims, Mrs. Coleman retired from Ferrell Gas Company after 27 years of employment as office manager. She is a longtime member of Fort Valley United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Allen Fain, Sr., and Robert "Bob" Neal Coleman.

Survivors include her children, Charlene Davis (Floyd) of Barnesville, and Charles Aldean Fain, Jr. (Martha Ann) of Phoenix, Arizona; grandchildren, Sherry Lynn Tatum (John) of Barnesville, and Layton Alexander Fain (Christine) of Arizona; great grandchildren, Karen Elizabeth Hall (Zack) of Milner, Jeremy Scott Tatum of Barnesville, and Jackson Fain of Arizona; great great grandchild, Layla-Lynn Hall; and nephews, D. E. Short of Sasser, and Jimmy Graham (Martha) of Leesburg.

Rooks Funeral Home in Fort Valley is in charge of arrangements.
