Lucille was born in Henderson County and has been a lifelong residence. She and her loving husband had two children: one son and one daughter. Lucille deeply loved her family and spending as much time as she could with them while working. She especially loved her time with her grandchildren and her hobbies of arts and crafts and gardening. She was a member of the Hendersonville Church of God.
She is survived by her two children: son Michael Wilson and daughter Shirley Wilson both of Hendersonville, two grandchildren: Michaela Wilson of Hendersonville and Bobby Stepp of Hendersonville, three brothers: Bill Laughter, Roy Laughter, and Dale Laughter all of Hendersonville and sister, Clara Bayne of Columbus, NC. Lucille has many nieces and nephews she is also leaving behind.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Pleasant Hill Community Cemetery with the Reverend Kevin Travis officiating.
