Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Luna Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Charles Clarey officiating.
Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of West Monroe.
Mrs. Lawrence had been a resident of the West Monroe area for the past 33 years. She was a member of the Luna Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include one son, Lee Roy Lawrence of West Monroe; one step-son, W. R. Lawrence Jr. of Kinner; one daughter, Mrs. Christine Martin of West Monroe; two brothers, Houston Daniels and Noel Daniels both of West Monroe; four sisters, Mrs. Corrine Allen, Mrs. Veiolet [sic Violet] Blakeney and Mrs. Blanche Hamilton all of West Monroe, and Mrs. Gladys Parker of Downsville, 12 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
