Robert Henry Chadbourne, Jr (1944 - 1991) was executive director of the St. Charles Parish Housing Authority. He earned a bachelor of arts From Louisiana State University. He worked for two years as a housing program specialist with the Department Of Housing And Urban Development in Washington, D.C. He was the only son of Robert Henry Chadbourne, Sr (1915 – 2004) and Dorothy Guerrera (1919 – 2011).
