WilUam Stephen Cockerham, 90, of Manila, died Monday at Baptist Hospital Central in Memphis. He was a veteran of World War I, a resi- dent ot Manila since 1934, a member of Garden Point Methodist Church, a former Reiser School Board mem- ber, a 32nd degree Mason, former REA board member and an ASC committee member. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Cockerham of Manila:
One son, Steve Cockerham Jr. of Montrose, Colo.;
Three daughters, Mrs. Louella Allen and Mrs. Dorothy Hope, both of Little Rock, and Mrs. Evelyn Giles of Dallas;
One sister, Mrs. Fred Benton of Baton Rouge;
And 14 grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Swift Colonial Chapel in Osceola, the Rev. Dubois Puettit officiating, with burial in Mississip- pi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Memorials may be sent either to Garden Point Methodist Church or the American Heart Fund.
