William F. Conner
Chandler, Ind.
William F. Conner, 96, of Chandler, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born on November 11, 1918, the youngest of 12 siblings, to the late Mary Elizabeth (Nix) and William H. Conner.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma K. (Perry) Conner (the mother of his six children); his wife, Eileen (Geier) Conner, and his wife, Valeria (Houseman) Conner. Also, his sons, William Gary Conner and Michael D. Conner, Sr.
Bill was a farmer, managed an orchard (Engelbrecht's now) for several years, worked at Reid Holcomb in Evansville, and retired from Essex in Boonville. He always had a big garden and loved to share it. He was a founding member of Boonville Worship Center, and was a special part of BWC's Senior Moments Group. He continually studied the Bible (until unable to) and always wanted to get into a discussion about it. After the passing of his wife, Peachy (Valeria), in September 2014, Bill chose to remain in his home under the watchcare of his children and neighbors. A very special thanks to his neighbors, Harry Wilder and wife, Judy, Rodney Heller and wife, Donna, Larry Woods and wife, Barbara, for their continuous care and concern.

Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Koehler Funeral Home Boonville Chapel with Pastor Scott Pullum officiating. Burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015 and from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at Koehler Funeral Home Boonville Chapel.
