Mrs Julia Amann Was Identified With Charitable Work
Mrs Julia Amann, wife of Dr A L Amann, dentist in the Mercantile Library Building, died early yesterday at her residence, 3104 Farfield Ave, Walnut Hills. Mrs Amann was the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs John Beckenhaupt, and the youngest of 13 children. She took an active part in charitable work. Among the organizations to which she belonged was the Tabernacle Society of Walnut Hills. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Charles B Amann, who is associated with a Cincinnati musical instrument firm, and Louis Amann, student; a brother Adam Beckenhaupt, Pleasant Ridge; four sisters, Mrs Ella Schneir, Mrs Martin Stewart, and Miss Margaret Beckenhaupt, all of Kansas City, Mo, and Mrs George Chandler of Elmwood Place. Funeral Services are to be conducted Thursday morning at 9 o'clock in St Francis de Sales Church. Burial is to be in the mausoleum at St Joseph Cemetery.
