Life's Work/Service/Interests: On August 25, 1961, Sharon married Keith W. Stroud in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They have been best friends and sweethearts for 54 years. They were blessed with seven children: Sherri Lee Dove (Daniel), Susan Belnap (Val), Gary Keith Stroud (Tammy), Sandra K. Shannon (Roland), Greg Taylor Stroud (RaQuett), Stacy Barnes (Timothy), Stephanie Pace (Eric). She loved each of them, profoundly. Sharon was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served, ever faithful, in many church callings. She especially loved serving in the Relief Society. Many were blessed by her countless acts of service, good meals, encouraging words and through her prayers. Her thoughts were never far from her Heavenly Father, His Son, Jesus Christ and His Gospel. Her faith in eternal families gives her loved ones hope that they can be together forever. On May 28, 2015, beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt, Sharon Taylor Stroud, returned home to her Father in Heaven.
Family Message: "She leaves a legacy of love, service, hope, and faith. MOM, we love you and will miss you everyday, until we meet again."
Survived By: Her husband, her children, twenty-eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and three sisters.
Preceded In Death By: Her parents, Glade and Edna Taylor; and brother, LaVaa Taylor.
