Frank H. Brace of Pike, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Samuel Edwards, 32 Fargo St, Warsaw, Thursday morning, May 9.
He was born in Castile on Sept. 29, 1852, the son of Halsey and Evaline Luther Brace. April 3, 1874 he married Frances Young, who survives him. He also leaves 2 sons and 2 daughters, William Brace, Fillmore; Mrs. Samuel Edwards, Warsaw; Robert Brace, Bliss and Mrs. Ray Van Buren, Castile; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Clifford Brace, Lake City, Iowa, Clarence Brace, Astoria, Oregon and Stanley Brace, Eagle Grove, Iowa.
The funeral was held in Pike, Sat. May 11 at 2 PM, with burial in East Koy Cemetery. Mr. Brace was a member of the Nunda Methodist Church.
