Samuel Ernest "Hap" Park, 92, of Idaho Falls, long time Salmon resident, died September 26, 1993, at Valley Care Center of natural causes.

He was born April 10, 1901, at Annis, to Samuel Harvey and Lucy Maude Hall Park. He attended school in Antelope. He lived in the Salmon, Colbalt and Yellow Jacket area. He was a gold miner, hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include his sisters, Lela Groth of Ririe, and Sadie Groat of Salt Lake City. He was proceeded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

He was buried in Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
