Jesse White was on the Goshen Tp., Belmont Co, OH tax Lists in 1811, 1812, 1813, 1814 & 1816 for Range 5, Twp 7, Section 20, 7 & 8. He was in the 1820 & 1830 Census there as well. (GFM)

Although there is no gravestone found for Jesse, it is highly probable that he is buried in Center Cem., Belmont Co., OH, just up the hill from his home, where his son James, several grandchildren & most likely his wife, Mary, were buried. His Probate Records (#1397 - Mar 1838 - J White & T Berry, Admins.) (Rec of Inv - A/355) were filed in Belmont Co., OH as well. (GFM)
"It is highly unlikely that Jesse WHITE is buried in Centre Co., PA when he died in Belmont Co., OH in 1838 & his estate was settled there. He settled in Belmont Co., OH in the late 1700's & is most likely buried in Center Cem., Goshen Tp., near Bethesda, Belmont Co., OH, but no marker has been found to this date for him.
