Daughter of Isaac and Catherine (Haak) Rabold, Malinda first married Adam Himmelberger. They had daughters Elizabeth and Carrie Bessie. Her second husband was Augustus Dry who had been married twice prior and with whom he had several children.

Contributor Neil D Scheidt (#47099775): Malinda Drexel was committed to an institution for the insane in 1899 and lived there for 43 years. Her husband was William Drexel and when she was committed their son Joseph Francis Drexel was 18 months. In 1903 her son was placed in foster care, age 4 with Francis and Elizabeth Omlar. Sad situation. Perhaps this could be mentioned in the event someone looks for her child.
