John is buried beside his wife Rachel. The history is told that they are buried where the rivers come together. The rivers would be the confluence of the Uintah and Whiterocks rivers near Whiterocks Ut. Fort Robidoux and the Reed trading post were both located in that same area. Tribal members were also close.Son of John and Sarah Elizabeth Bates Murray.
