LYNN ROBERTS TITUSVILLE Lynn Davidson Roberts, 67, died of pancreatic cancer on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice in Rockledge, FL. Born on February 19, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA, to the late James Hoyt and Helen Good Roberts, he came to Florida at the age of four. He graduated from South Broward High School in 1957 and completed four years in the Navy, serving on the USS Leary. He settled in Rockledge in 1970, where he was a twenty- nine year resident before moving to Titusville in 1999. A project engineer in the con struction industry, he worked formerly for Santa Cruz Construction and was currently employed by Heard Construction Company. He loved to work with his hands, volunteering his talents for the building of many exhibits at the Brevard Museum of History and Science in Cocoa, FL. He had a musical gift and a wonderful singing voice. He loved history and en joyed bird watching at his moun tain cabin in Newland, NC. He is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, Shirley Kidd Roberts; a daughter, Cheri (Richard) Herald of Beverly Hills, FL; one son, Scott David son Roberts of Bozrah, CT (and fiance Susan Carney of Viera); granddaughters, Carrie Neuman of Tallahassee, FL and A1C Christina Neuman McNeight of Fairchild AFB, Spokane, WA; step-granddaughter, Feleshia (Adam) Wegner of Beverly Hills, FL; brother-in-law, Marlen Kidd of Gladstone, MI; sister-in-law, Bernice Kidd Alexander of Davie, FL; an aunt, Joyce Roberts of Newark, Ohio; cous ins, Doug, Kathy, Titika, Don and Dorothy; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 24th, at Florida Memorial Gar dens in Rockledge. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice and Palliative Care, 8060 Spyglass Hill Road, Viera, FL 32940 or to the Ameri can Cancer Society.
