Harry F. Foley, 64, of 122 Poplar St., Elmhurst, died yesterday in his office at the People's Gas Building, 122 S. Michigan Av., where he was executive personnel administrator for the Peoples Gas Light and Coke Co. Mr. Foley joined the company in 1925 and spent most of his career there in the industrial relations division. Mr. Foley is survived by his stepson, Richard J. Morgan III; and a brother, Raymond J Foley. Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 5935 W. Belmont Av.
