Fulton; born at Blantyre, Scotland; emigrated to the United States in 1926; lived in Pennsylvania for a time and later at Montclair, New Jersey; came to St. Mary's County in 1943 & worked at Patuxent River NAS as a civil service employee, as a physical science technician; resident of Hollywood, Md.; active in boating circles; his hobby was "the water"; a member of the Patuxent River Power Squadron, which he helped organize in 1952; active locally and nationally in power squadron affairs; member of the Mattapant Toastmasters Club; served as a justice of the peace; died suddenly onboard a boat while returning from Calvert County, while on a business trip for the Patuxent River Power Squadron; funeral services at Mattingley Funeral Home, Leonardtown, Md. by Rev. Strang of Hollywood Methodist Church
