Lieut. Archibald , Killed . Mr and Mrs James J Archibald 672 Homer St , have received word that their son , Flight-Lieut. Wesley Archibald had been killed in England as the result of a flying accident . He was serving with the Infantry before transferring to the The Royal Air Force , having been at the front since early in the war , first with the Irish Fusiliers and later with the 121st Battalion .
Another son Sergt. Lindsay Archibald went overseas with the 62nd Battalion and after being wounded in France became a bombing instructor in England .
