Paulina Verna a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Ambuehl, born Feb 12th, 1904, age 13 years 5 months and 24 days, passed away at the Fosston hospital early Monday morning, after a week's illness brot on by appendicitis. She was taken to Fosston for an operation, but the Doctor found her to far gone to operate. The funeral services took place at the home of her parents Wednesday afternoon who reside 1 1/2 miles south of Clearbrook. Rev. Parish of Fosston spoke the comforting words. Interment took place in the Baptist Cemetery just northeast of town. A large number of relatives and friends escorted the beloved remains to its last resting place. The sympathy of the community is with the bereaved family in their hour of greif. The floral offering was magnificent.
