She was born July 31, 1915, in St. Jean Port Joli, Quebec, Canada.
She had resided in Exeter for the past 25 years and had formerly lived in Epping for 40 years, coming from Canada in 1936. She was a communicant of St. Michael's Catholic Church and French Club. She was the widow of Camille Bernier, who died in 1974.
She is survived by two sons, John C. Bernier and Ronald Bernier, both of Exeter; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters, Antonia St. Pierre and Hazel St. Pierre, both of St. Jean Port Joli, Quebec, Canada; several nieces and nephews; and a very dear friend, Francis Ouillet.
She was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters.
