The Moravians had a graveyard at 145 N Prince St from 1746 through 1917 (Cemetery ID 2737375). The Moravians tended to keep meticulous burial records: see, eg, Burial Book of the Moravian Church, Lancaster, 1744-1821, reprinted in Pennsylvania Vital Records, Vol. I:405.
This document has a lot of information about Anna Catharina Brecht and there is no indication that she wasn't buried in the Prince Street Moravian Cemetery (Cem ID 2737375) near her husband John (187152268). In 1917, all remains were removed to the Greenwood Cemetery.
