Last rites for the late Paul Gerault of Ennis, who was born in 1883 at Normandy, France, near Paris, were solemnized at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, Ennis, and interment took place in Myrtle Cemetery in that city.
He was four years old when he was brought by his parents to Texas, settling at Sweetwater, where they remained a year then moved to Brown’s Valley, Navarro county, moving to Ennis in 1902.
He was married to Miss Ruth Beauchamp in Ennis, Aug 17, 1913, who with their two sons, Paul Ernest and Willie Frank, survive. He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. N. Gerault, two brothers, Andre Gerault of Corsicana and Rev. Joseph Gerault of Kress, and two sisters, Miss Louise Gerault and Mrs. Anna (F. R.) Ramsey, both of Ennis.
