Daughter of John Beauregard Duggins (1860-1963) and Anna Elizabeth Carroll (1865-1933).

Loretta married on Oct 20, 1933 James Francis Marshall in Clay County, MO. However, by the 1940 census, Loretta was divorced and using the Duggins name.

Obit: Loretta Duggins, Phoenix, AZ (formerly of Corder, MO), passed away May 25, 1999. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 11, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
Ms. Duggins was born in Corder, MO. She was a telephone company supervisor and moved to Phoenix 35 years ago from Missouri. She is survived by her niece, Margaret Duggins of Phoenix. (Arrangements: Newcomer Family Mortuary and Cremation Services, Scottsdale, AZ)
