Was born in Missouri, one of 5 children of Americas Clemon and Jennie O'Neal, one of the 4 surviving by 1910. In 1910 they had moved to Coal, Ash Flat, OK. His mother was born in New York, to parents of German origin. His father was a carpenter. By 1920 his mother had produced a set of twin girls and in 1925 he had another brother, Wayne. He married Bernice Noble in Missouri and then moved to 315 W. 3rd, Tulsa city, Tulsa, Oklahoma before 1930 and the birth of his first daughter. He was employed as a bookkeeper and Bernice worked as a beautician The 1934 city directory of Tulsa shows his address as 611 S Zunis and his occupation is clerk. Between that birth and the birth of Sunny, his second daughter they moved to 407 Peach Street Abilene Texas and he was employed as a Traveling Salesman for Heckler Products. He had completed 2 years of college. In 1946 his address was 2135 S 1st, as it was in 1948 (salesman), in 1951 1830 s 9th Abilene TX (salesman).

Dallas C. O'Neal of 4700 Maple, Bellaire Texas died of Respsiratory Failure brought on by Pneumonia caused by Chromic Obstructive Lung Disease at the Diagnostic Center
Hospital in Houston at the age of 74.
He was married and his usual occupation was broker.
Burial was July 27, 1982 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
